From the moment I arrived at Izvoare Caciulata, the exceptional service began with the front desk staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assist me with anything I needed. Not only was the room spacious and impeccably clean, but the attention to detail by the cleaning staff truly stood out, ensuring a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the thermal pool, which was not only impeccably maintained but also the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. The cozy atmosphere in the access spaces, lobby, and room, with ideal heating levels, made me feel right at home even as winter temperatures plummeted outside. Izvoare Caciulata exceeded all my expectations and provided a truly remarkable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Carpathian Mountains.
